You have probably happened upon this page in hopes of finding solutions to your dizziness problem. I am sorry to say that this website does not have the answers — I wish it did. However, don’t fret! What I do have to offer is a bunch of tips, tricks, and hacks — if you will — to help manage your symptoms and not aggravate the beast of persistent dizziness and all the other super fun symptoms that come along for the ride.
You will probably find this website useful if you are dealing with a Vestibular {migraine,neuritis}
, Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD/3PD), Chronic Subjective Dizziness (CSD), Post-Concussion Syndrome (PCS). All the common conditions you hear when your brain is not working right, you feel off-balance, your memory sucks, and the screen never stops moving.
I hope this website will help you out, if not with modifications to your set-up to make working on computers and technical problems more comfortable, but to know that you are not alone!
I, too, fell down the rabbit hole of researching the refresh rates of computer monitors and optimal lighting environments to control the feelings of being on a boat that I am rocked with (:dadjoke:) daily. I was the co-worker that sat in the office proudly with my orange construction goggles over my glasses pre-pandemic life.
It is not easy, and modifications are inevitable to adapt and overcome these conditions, but life can and will go on, and things will not be this bad forever!
The brain is more powerful than any CPU that could ever exists. It is more complicated and self-healing than Kubernetes ever could be (which is saying a lot since the barrier to entry for k8s is pretty much like writing in haskel!). That much I can promise.
